What You Will Do:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone and ticketing systems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and peripherals.
- Manage software installations, updates, and security patches across the network.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
