Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- System Management: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- User Assistance: Set up workstations and ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed.
- Network Support: Monitor network performance and report connectivity issues to senior engineers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and operating systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative team environment.
