Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with hardware and software troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and network peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Log and track support tickets in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Perform routine hardware installations, updates, and backups.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to develop and implement IT best practices.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong desire to learn and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
