Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Help create user guides and FAQs for internal staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating Windows/Mac OS).
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
