Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and supplies.
- Document technical procedures and support tickets in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware components.
