Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure end-user hardware including laptops, monitors, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS OS issues and network connectivity problems
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on basic security protocols
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) maintenance tasks
- Assist with software installations and version control
Qualifications
- Associates degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installations
- Valid US driver's license for occasional site visits
