Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems including cloud infrastructure
- Resolve network connectivity issues and cybersecurity incidents
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
- Support office equipment and AV systems for hybrid work environments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- 1-2 years of internship/entry-level IT experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during system deployments
- Valid US work authorization required
