Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new employee workstations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all help desk tickets and incidents.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends in technical issues and improve processes.
- Monitor system performance and perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure security and uptime.
- Onboard new employees by guiding them through our technical standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows 10/11 and macOS).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer peripherals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic.
