Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware peripherals, operating systems, and business software applications.
- Manage inventory for IT assets, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware malfunctions efficiently.
- Assist in system backups and data recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems; familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues logically and stay calm under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
