Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems including OS installation and network connectivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, security, and application performance issues
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Deliver user training on productivity tools and security best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential technical risks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of technical support, help desk, or internship experience
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with customer service focus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site client visits
