Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote access for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripheral devices
- Monitor network performance and security protocols using industry-standard tools
- Document technical issues and resolutions in service management systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Conduct user training on new technologies and best practices
- Assist with hardware lifecycle management and inventory control
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and network fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical training preferred

- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in varied office environments
