Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
- Participate in rotational on-call support schedule
- Complete all paid training modules within designated timeframe
Qualifications
