Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals in Windows/OSX environments
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset management records
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Execute security protocols including patch management and access control
- Deliver user training on productivity tools and security best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in a physical IT environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) a plus
