Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS systems
- Document all incidents using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with network connectivity and security protocols
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
