Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create user knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Provide end-user training on software applications and security protocols
- Monitor network performance and escalate critical incidents
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
