What You Will Do
As a Junior Developer in training, you will actively participate in the software development lifecycle. You will learn industry-standard technologies while contributing to real-world projects that impact our clients.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions covering HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and SQL databases.
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and debug software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following company best practices and coding standards.
- Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to track progress and discuss technical challenges.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Learn and implement new technologies as they are introduced to the development stack.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to debugging issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to relocate to San Antonio, TX and commute to our office.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn new programming languages quickly.
