Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations (dashboards) to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Maintain and optimize our internal data management systems and databases.
- Assist in the development and testing of automated data pipelines and scripts.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
