Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via phone, email, and remote accessInstall, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with team on system updates and security protocols
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
- Participate in continuous training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Office Suite)
