Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for analysis.
- Support Senior Analysts: Assist in executing data analysis projects and preparing reports that support business decision-making.
- Visualization: Create clear, concise charts, graphs, and dashboards using tools like Excel or Tableau to present findings to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Database Management: Help maintain and update our internal databases to ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
