As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior analysts and stakeholders in making data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
What You Will Do:
• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and transformation of raw data into structured formats.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Document data processes and maintain clear, accurate records of analytical methodologies.
Who We Are Looking For:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a solid understanding of SQL basics.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a strong plus but not required.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a logical approach to data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
