Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior analysts to interpret complex datasets and identify key business insights.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and preprocessing using Python and SQL.
- Generate clear, actionable reports and visualizations for executive leadership.
- Participate in weekly training workshops and mentorship sessions to accelerate learning.
- Assist in the maintenance of our data warehouse and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- A strong aptitude for mathematics and logical reasoning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
