Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools using SQL and Tableau.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by collecting and analyzing performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis and automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database querying.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
