Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality datasets.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns for business reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document data processes and contribute to the improvement of data governance standards.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic understanding of database concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
