- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure accuracy through rigorous cleaning and preparation.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Assist in the development of monthly and quarterly reports for management and stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong plus.
