Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive IT certification training curriculum including CompTIA A+ and Network+
- Master troubleshooting techniques for hardware, software, and network issues
- Develop proficiency in Windows OS, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and security protocols
- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients under mentorship
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in rotating on-call support schedules post-training
Qualifications
