Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week of structured technical training in network infrastructure and security protocols
- Participate in certification bootcamps for CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support Professional
- Shadow senior engineers on client-site deployments and maintenance projects
- Develop troubleshooting skills through simulated system failure scenarios
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure upgrades
- Transition to full-time role providing Tier 2 support to enterprise clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required)
- Passionate about technology and eager to learn new skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet navigation
- Ability to commit to 6-month training program + 2-year employment contract
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
