Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for clients
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions in knowledge base
- Assist with network security protocols and best practices

- Maintain accurate ticketing system records
