Responsibilities
- Participate in 12-week paid training covering network administration, cybersecurity basics, and cloud systems
- Assist senior technicians with hardware/software troubleshooting and user support
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network equipment
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and maintenance
- Complete industry-recognized certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) during training
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
