Responsibilities
- Complete structured training modules covering cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity fundamentals, and network administration
- Provide tier-1 technical support to enterprise clients via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize IT service delivery
- Prepare for and obtain CompTIA A+ and Google IT Support Professional certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn through structured training
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
