Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and in-person
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Implement security protocols and data protection measures
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor network performance and resolve technical issues
Qualifications
