Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and systems
- Provide technical support to resolve user issues via phone, email, and chat
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate system records
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments

- Participate in cybersecurity best practices workshops

Qualifications
