Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex network issues.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and IT standards.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of cloud services and basic networking concepts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking.
