Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 200+ employees
- Deploy and manage Windows/macOS systems and Azure cloud infrastructure
- Resolve hardware/software issues via ticketing system
- Document SOPs and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate on network security initiatives
- Train end-users on new technology rollouts
- Participate in rotational training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus
