Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist employees with computer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement technical solutions.
- Respond to help desk tickets via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system backups and security checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
