Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems (Windows, macOS, Mobile).
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the setup of new employee workstations and network access.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends in technical issues and improve workflows.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent technical certificate).
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) during employment.
- Availability to work flexible hours and occasional weekend support.
