Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ devices
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations using SCCM
- Monitor network health via SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow knowledge base
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification required
- 1-2 years help desk internship or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and TCP/IP
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware deployments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
