Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to 500+ employees across 3 locations
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Resolve hardware/software incidents via ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network infrastructure projects (switches, VPNs, firewalls)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
