Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Perform hardware installations, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new software applications and operating systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot software bugs and improve user experience.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies or security concerns to the IT Manager.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting for Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and printer issues.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages (Python, Java) and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for system maintenance.
