Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents in a timely manner.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and imaging of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets and consumables.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
