Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Complete weekly training modules and certification exams
- Participate in rotational assignments across IT departments
- Adhere to IT security policies and best practices
Qualifications
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn
- GCSEs or equivalent in Math and English (Grade C/4 or above)
- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a UK resident eligible for apprenticeship funding
- No prior IT qualifications required
