Responsibilities
- Complete 12-week intensive IT training curriculum covering networking, security, and cloud technologies
- Participate in hands-on labs and real-world project simulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during training modules
- Develop troubleshooting and system administration skills
- Prepare for and earn industry certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+)
- Transition into full-time IT support/system administrator role post-training
- Provide technical assistance to internal/external stakeholders
- Continuously expand technical knowledge through ongoing training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Ability to commit to 40-hour training schedule (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- San Diego residency required (local candidates only)
