Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Coordinate employee relations activities and resolve workplace conflicts
- Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS systems
- Organize training programs and professional development initiatives
- Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy

Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong knowledge of federal/state labor regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
