Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows/macOS)
- Document cases in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Conduct remote system configurations and updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and processes
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets
Qualifications
