Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at teller window and digital banking stations
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions daily
- Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking operations

Qualifications
