Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and welcoming new team members to the company.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee personnel files, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general information.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in processing new benefit enrollments and answering questions regarding health insurance and other perks.
- Event Coordination: Help organize company events, employee recognition programs, and training sessions.
- Data Management: Maintain HR databases and prepare monthly reports on hiring metrics and attendance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior HR experience required; we value potential and attitude over experience.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
