Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring full compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Support the payroll department by verifying timekeeping data and assisting with month-end reconciliations.
- Coordinate open enrollment periods and benefits enrollment for all staff members.
- Conduct new hire orientations and deliver engaging HR presentations.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave requests.
- Assist in the organization of company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
