Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement initiatives across 150+ employees
- Manage HR compliance documentation and ensure adherence to federal/state labor laws (FLSA, EEOC)
- Administer benefits programs including enrollment, open enrollment, and wellness initiatives
- Implement performance management systems and conduct training needs assessments
- Oversee HRIS administration (Workday) and data analytics for strategic workforce planning
- Coordinate employee relations matters and provide guidance on policy implementation
- Manage HR budget allocation and vendor relationships for outsourced services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with emphasis in coordination/generalist roles
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP designation required
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Expert knowledge of Texas employment laws and federal compliance regulations
- Proven experience developing scalable HR processes for 100+ employee organizations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics for decision-making
