- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system (e.g., BambooHR or ADP).
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and answering employee inquiries.
- Support payroll processing by preparing and verifying timecards and data.
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions within the office.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
