As an HR Coordinator, you'll become the backbone of our employee experience initiatives, supporting recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Our 8-week paid training program covers HRIS systems, labor laws, best practices, and company-specific protocols. You'll work alongside senior HR professionals to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our workforce of 500+ employees.

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
- Manage employee onboarding programs including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training scheduling
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and employee inquiries
- Support employee relations initiatives including conflict resolution and performance documentation
- Generate HR reports and analytics using HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred but not required)
- Coordinate HR events including training sessions, recognition programs, and company meetings
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and workforce planning
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
