Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.
- Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and training sessions are coordinated.
- Maintain and update employee records in ADP Workforce Now and HRIS systems.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including Open Enrollment, leave requests, and policy communication.
- Assist in resolving employee relations inquiries and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct basic salary benchmarking and assist in the administration of performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS software, specifically ADP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, with specific attention to Michigan regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
